Shipping Policy for Precious Hollows

Precious Hollows works with multiple fulfillment partners. Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and available services may vary based on the products in your order and the destination.

Domestic Shipping — United States

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Orders containing items fulfilled from separate locations may have combined shipping rates.

Complimentary U.S. Shipping

Complimentary shipping is automatically applied to qualifying U.S. orders of $150 or more. No discount code is required.

Orders containing products fulfilled by different partners may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. Tracking information will be provided as each package ships.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. As Precious Hollows grows, we look forward to expanding delivery to additional countries.

Processing and Delivery Estimates

Processing time varies by product and fulfillment partner.

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by production requirements, carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when each package leaves its fulfillment location.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

If you need to request an address change, contact info@precioushollows.com as soon as possible. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order begins processing or has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact info@precioushollows.com within seven days of the estimated delivery date or delivery confirmation.

Please include your order number and, for damaged packages, clear photographs of the packaging and item. We will work with the carrier or fulfillment partner to assist with the claim.
