Return and Exchange Policy for Precious Hollows

At Precious Hollows, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a straightforward return and exchange policy, including compliance with the European Union's 14-day cooling-off period, as detailed below.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for standard returns.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

  • If your order is being shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.
  • To be eligible for a return under this policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return Authorization: Contact our customer service team at info@precioushollows.com or via chat if available to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Prepare Your Return: Once you receive your RA number, securely package the items you wish to return. Include the original packing slip and write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  3. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the following address:

    Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Items must be exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchanges.

Exchange Process:

  1. Request an Exchange Authorization: Contact our customer service team at info@precioushollows.com  or via chat if available to request an Exchange Authorization (EA) number, or if you have a customer account please login. Please include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new item (including size and color) you would like.

  2. Prepare Your Exchange: Once you receive your EA number, securely package the items you wish to exchange. Include the original packing slip and write the EA number on the outside of the package.

  3. Ship Your Exchange: Send the package to the following address:

    Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your exchange is received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Processing Your Exchange:

  • Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your new item has shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at info@precioushollows.com or via chat if available within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover return shipping costs. A replacement item will be sent to you at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

    • Personalized or custom items
